SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:

Processing Time: The amount of time it takes for an order to pack, pick, and prepare for shipment 2-5 days if they are all in stock , the customized order will take longer because the items have to produce .

Delivery Time: The amount of time it typically takes for your order to deliver once shipped.  Typical US destination delivery time is 7-15 business days after order shipped.

Total Shipping Time Frame: Up to 22 Business Days.  Typical delivery time is between 7 - 14 business days for most products.  

Holiday & COVID-19 Delays: International and Domestic shipping partners are still having intermittent delays due to the pandemic.  Some packages have experienced a 1-2 week delays beyond or typical shipping time frames.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard shipping rate for the order to US ,Additional fees will apply for orders outside of the contiguous US . Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout if you order is few pieces , but if you order is customized or in bulk quantity then we will recalculate for the best choice for you

When will my order be processed?

Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

Most  clothing and accessory orders typically ship within 2-5 business days after an order has been placed. During times of high order volume, fulfillment time may be extended.  If an order includes a personalized item, please be aware personalization extends standard shipping + fulfillment by 7-10 business days, if the order is customized in bulk that will be longer for we have to produce

You may be asked to verify additional information if your order has been system flagged. We are not responsible for additional delays if an order has been flagged.

What carriers do you use?

We currently ship  orders with E-packet,China post , FedEx, FedEx Smartpost ,UPS and DHL. The shipping method and carrier will be determined by Kapu Clothes based on the order contents and shipping address.

How long does shipping take?

For destinations within the contiguous US, Kapu product orders typically take 7 -15 business days to be delivered after the order has been shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. Packages are shipped after they have been fulfilled.

Occasional carrier delays may occur and are out of our control. Kapu does not guarantee shipping or delivery dates.

Please expect longer delivery times for Hawaii, Alaska and all international locations.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships. Due to carrier delays, please allow up 10 business days for your package to scan in transit.

What if the package says delivered but I didn't receive it?

If you did not receive your package, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could've been dropped or received by someone else.

Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn't arrive after 3 business days, please reach out to our customer service team no later than 10 days after delivery and we will find a solution.
